Pioneer membership

We have pioneer membership at the beginning stage, the course fee for a pioneer member is 50% of normal fee, however we expect a pioneer member to take some responsibilities for starting up the courses, such as looking for a suitable training location, and advertise for the classes in certain ways (like organizing a group of your friends...).
